Prime Minister of UK, Mr. Boris Johnson is Back With His Fitness Routine.
Prime Minister of United Kingdom Boris Johnson is focusing on his fitness after recovery from Coronavirus. Recently he was spotted jogging with his trainer Harry Jameson.
Prime Minister admitted that he was too fat. Therefore he has taken his fitness seriously into the next level. He is currently encouraging people to exercise, as this is one of the proven and solutions for building more robust immunity.
Obese people are at risk
Obesity usually occurs along with other health conditions in the body, making our immune system weaker and prone to infections more often. We already know that people with other health conditions go through the virus with complications and take more time to recover.
Boris Johnson is not only running around on the streets and in the parks of London. Many times he was spotted in gyms lifting heavy!
He is familiar with the bench press, rowing, or bicep curls and could surprise some teenagers with his strength and vitality.
Here are some of the photos of Mr. Johnson in action
Mr. Johnson is one example, but we could see many other people in charge who are really fit.
- Barrack Obama, a former President of the United States of America starts his day with activity and a healthy breakfast.
- Andrew Cuomo- Governor of New York is passionate about boxing and has his own boxing gym in house. He also runs weekly.
- Bill Nelson – Senator of Florida says:
“EDUCATION IS THE TOTALITY OF ONESELF, MIND AS WELL AS BODY… STAYING PHYSICALLY FIT IS IMPORTANT IN SCHOOL BECAUSE YOU’RE MAKING STRONG LITTLE BODIES AS WELL AS STRONG LITTLE MINDS”
- George Washington Bush is known for his running abilities. His exercise regimen includes six days of exercising during the week. He once ran the Houston Marathon in a time of 3:44. Not bad, Mr. Bush.
It’s great to see politicians exercising and promoting a healthier lifestyle.
It should encourage people to improve their immunity with vigorous exercises. If busy politicians can find the time for their fitness, so there are no excuses.
